Late Night Snack: Sake Sashimi

Sake Sashimi w/ soy sauce, red wine vinegar and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

If there is one thing that makes me happy, its coffee!!!!


Low Carb Sesame Soy Chicken Drumsticks

This recipe is pretty easy to make and doesn't require much prep work. 
Drumsticks can be baked from frozen! How convenient!

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F.

Frozen Drumsticks (5)
Fish Sauce 1 TSP
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 TBSP
Garlic Powder (dash)
Splenda Sweetener (2)
Sesame Oil 1 TSP
Soy Sauce 2 TSP
Ground Pepper 1/2 TSP
Red Wine Vinegar 2 TBSP
Water 2 TBSP
(Yea I pretty much threw all these ingredients together!!!)

         Coated the drumsticks with the sauce. I didn't marinade due to time restriction
but I bet if you do they will turn out yummier!

Spread them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum...(easy cleanup!) 
Baked for 55 minutes turning once.
Last 5 minutes I set the oven on BROIL,
sprinkled sesame seeds, 
turned them half way through the 5 minutes
 and removed from oven.

The end result was soo delicious and fall off the bone goodness!!!
